I've been flat out baking the last couple of days, first my cousin/godson Shaun had a cake sale for Avoca National School on Thursday so I had to do some last minute baking for that on Wednesday afternoon and then myself and Sam spent the day yesterday baking for Aaron's cake sale in school which was on this morning! Can't believe it took 4 hours to make 8 small chocolate cakes and 20 fairy cakes!! I don't know how they cope on cupcake wars at all when they have 2 and a half hours to make 1000 cupakes!! And that didn't even count the actual baking!! That was just the decorating!
Its a horrible, wet, miserable day so I'm sitting here painting my nails and uploading photos while my kitchen floor dries! Rooney is settling in great and Ryan loves him! Aaron is still a bit nervous of him but he's getting better with him!
Yummy! Those cupcakes look delicious! I especially love the little sheep ones. Does Ireland have "Look Good ... Feel Better"?
